Kamado Joe BBQ Christmas Class
Celebrate Christmas in true BBQ style with a full-day cooking experience on the legendary Kamado Joe. From 10.30am to 4pm, you’ll join a group of up-to twelve like-minded BBQ enthusiasts at Polhill BBQ School in Sevenoaks for a festive session packed with flavour, fire and fun.
Led by Peter Oakley, better known as The Bearded Foodie, this hands-on class is designed for all skill levels. Working in pairs on a Kamado Joe ceramic grill, you’ll cook a variety of Christmas dishes while Peter guides you through techniques, timings and tips. Alongside your own creations, you’ll watch Peter prepare a series of festive showpiece dishes in an exclusive masterclass.
Every dish you cook can be eaten during the day, with leftovers split fairly amongst the group, and you’ll also take home a full set of recipes to recreate at Christmas. Unlimited soft drinks are included in the ticket price, with tea, coffee and alcohol available to purchase. This is the ultimate social day out for anyone who loves cooking with fire.
