Give your Christmas a wood-fired twist with a full-day Traeger BBQ experience at Polhill BBQ School. Running from 10.30am to 4pm, this festive class is perfect for BBQ lovers of all levels, combining hands-on cooking with expert demonstrations.
Led by Peter Oakley, The Bearded Foodie, you’ll work in pairs on Traeger grills to create a range of seasonal dishes, while Peter showcases festive showpieces in a live masterclass. Every dish is cooked low, slow and full of flavour thanks to Traeger’s signature wood pellet technology.
Everything you cook can be eaten on the day, with leftovers shared amongst the group, and you’ll leave with a complete recipe pack to recreate your favourites at home. Unlimited soft drinks are included, with tea, coffee and alcohol available to purchase, making it a sociable day of food, fire and festive cheer.
