Gozney Pizza Oven Fundamentals Class
Experience the versatility of the Gozney Oven this summer with our Pizza Oven Fundamentals Class at Polhill BBQ School. Now delivered as a focused 3-hour hands-on session, this relaxed and sociable class is perfect for anyone who owns, or is considering, a Gozney Arc and wants to build confidence using it.
Led by Peter Oakley, @thebeardedfoodie, you’ll work in pairs on Gozney Arc oven to create a selection of delicious dishes. While pizza is at the heart of the session, Pete will also showcase the versatility of the pizza ovens with other dishes that can be created within it, perfect for summer entertaining.
You’ll cook, taste and learn throughout the session, picking up practical tips on dough preparation, temperature control and getting that perfect finish. Everything you make can be enjoyed on the day, with leftovers shared amongst the group.
With a maximum of 12 guests per class, this is an intimate and engaging experience, ideal for food lovers looking to sharpen their skills in a relaxed setting.
