You’ll explore advanced techniques that make the most of ceramic heat retention, fuel efficiency and fire control, all while cooking alongside fellow BBQ fans in a relaxed, friendly setting.

Led by BBQ specialist Pete Oakley @thebeardedfoodieskitchen, this full-day class (10.30am to 4.00pm) covers:

· Multi-zone cooking with indirect and direct heat

· Low and slow smoking techniques for perfect tenderness

· High-temperature searing and crust development

· Charcoal strategy and fire management

· Wood smoke pairing to enhance flavour

As a highlight of the day, Pete will also prepare a showpiece brisket, demonstrating expert trimming, smoking and slicing techniques that showcase the Kamado Joe’s full potential.
